The Following Statement Applies to Annual and Monthly CORE Members: 
By completing and submitting this Membership Application, you hereby consent to the resolution of any and all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your membership participation through mandatory arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the state where your chapter is located. The arbitration process shall adhere to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This arbitration clause covers all disputes involving CORE, its officers, employees, and representatives, as well as fellow members, provided that such disputes are related to membership or participation in the organization. Regardless of any other provisions in this Agreement, the total liability to you, arising from any cause related to this Agreement, membership, or participation in CORE involving its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, irrespective of the form of action, shall not exceed the annual membership fee paid by you for the corresponding membership term.

Except where such provisions are restricted by applicable law, under no circumstances will there be any liability to you or any third party for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. No legal actions stemming from this Agreement may be initiated unless commenced within one (1) year of the accrual of the cause of action. The term fees are calculated from the date of application, and the membership terms run for one (1) year from the application date.

By affixing your electronic signature to this application, you affirm that all statements and accompanying documents are accurate and truthful. You acknowledge that any misrepresentation or false statement may result in the rejection of your application or, if discovered post-acceptance, may lead to immediate termination at the discretion of CORE without any reimbursement.

You understand that your membership is conditional, and you commit to accepting and adhering to all terms and conditions outlined herein and those found within CORE policies and the Code of Conduct, which you have had the opportunity to review upon request. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. You recognize that a breach of these terms, conditions, and policies may constitute grounds for the termination of your membership. Furthermore, you agree that, upon application and acceptance into a CORE Group, all fees are non-refundable without exception.
